As a rider driven organization, the KSP puts a lot of emphasis on creating the best possible events from a competitors point of view. With different topics arising, Working Committees have been established on an as-needed basis. In the password protected competitors area all riders are invited to give their input to any topics being discussed.

Additionally, the KSP openly communicates with the Kiteboarding Industry and is in close contact with its Industry Members. A representative chosen by each Industry Members is part of the KSP board and has voting power. 

The committees formed are asked to hear everyones opinion and weigh them carefully before putting together a report and suggested solution to board of directors.
