Guilly's timeless style and progressive approach in the surf has made him widely regarded and ranked among the world's best kite-surfers. Guilly's industry knowledge, competition experience and vision to bring progressive kite-surfing into the professional competitive arena falls perfectly in line with the KSP's mission.
Carola is a passionate and enthusiastic athlete and kitesurfing fan who has watched the sport progress from the very early days. Her hard work and determination to bring competitive kitesurfing into a new realm is a huge asset for the KSP and her experience with numbers will ensure the KSP's treasury will be taken care of well. Nicole has traveled around the world and from competition to competition. Even though not competing herself it has been a way for her to gather a lot of experience and impression from an outside view that is very valuable in a team of otherwise strongly competition influenced members.
In her off-time Nicole loves to get out on the water herself and while she only rides in small surf for now her work with the KSP might just give her the motivation to push not only kite surfing but also her own kite skills to the next level and explore bigger waves in the future too.
Nicole also sits in the Advisory Committee, constantly giving feedback and input to the board of directors to steer the KSP into the best possible direction.
Diogo joined the board in August 2012, during the first re-elections of the KSP. However, Diogo was part of the KSP from the very beginning by filming and editing the world tours daily and highlight clips. Having been an invaluable crewmember during each of the past KSP events Diogo has proofed his passion and commitment to the tour, making it no surprise that he was voted into the board anonymously.
